  • 50ml Woodford Reserve
  • 15ml honey water
  • 60ml red grapefruit juice (Ocean Spray brand)
  • 6 ‘clapped’ mint leaves
  • 2 dashes Fee Bros. grapefruit bitters
Methods/steps
  1. 1) Mix ingredients and shake well
  2. 2) Strain over fresh ice into highball
  3. 3) Add mint sprig & a grapefruit twist
