Description This is a very simple recipe, one that originated from San Fransisco which was created as a dessert drink that was entered into a beer cocktail competition by Yanni Kehegiaras, from a restaurant called Nopa. With a sweet, caramelized flavor, this is one for the books whether you like Rum or not.

  • 1 oz of Mild dark chilled Diplomatico Rum
  • 1/2 oz Chilled Pedro Ximénez sherry
  • 6 oz Chilled Stout (regular or chocolate)
Methods/steps
  1. First, pour the stout in a glass
  2. Add the other ingedients and stir
  3. Serve and enjoy!
