Description

One of the more complicated cocktails, the Singapore Sling is a classic. It has some real history behind it too with its origin coming from the Raffles hotel in Singapore. There are lots of variations on the Singapore Sling but here is the original....

1 Large Glass
  • 30ml Gin
  • 15ml Cherry Brandy
  • 10ml Benedictine (optional)
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Grenadine
  • 120 ml Pineapple Juice
  • Dash of Angustora Bitters
Methods/steps
  1. Simply mix all ingredients together and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Then strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
  2. Garnish with a ripe Cherry and a slice of Pineapple
