Description Named after one of Scotland's most famous poets of all time, Robert (Bobby) Burns, it comes as no surprize when there's some great Scottish whisky involved. This is a very smooth, elegant and delicious drink.

Main Ingredient
Cocktail Type
  • 1 Shot of Sweet Vernmouth
  • 1 shot of Scotch whisky (or 2 shots if you'd like)
  • Crushed Ice
  • 3 dashes Benedictine
  • Twisted Lemon peel
  1. Blend the Scotch, Vermouth, Benedictine and ice until the ice is melted
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. Garnish the glass with the lemon peel
Additional Tips
You can also use a lemon slice instead of a lemon peel, whichever is preferred. Both compliment this great Whisky based cocktail
